Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the remote offer and sale of products owned by ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. through its website, www.gayubo.com.
The products are offered and sold on this website by ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A., located at C/ Arenal, 7 2ºC 28013 Madrid (Spain, and may be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or suggestions.
When a client places an order, this implies full acceptance, without reserve, of these General Sales Conditions, which must be read and accepted each time the Client places an order. They may be printed, stored and copied by the Client.
These General Sales Conditions were originally written in Spanish, the language in which ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. and Clients enter into the contract.
ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A reserves the right to modify Sales conditions. However, said modifications to the general conditions shall not be retroactively applicable. In other words, when the Client makes their purchase, they shall be governed by the conditions published and in force at the moment of purchase.
All our clients are hereby informed that the legal criteria of the General Conditions contained in this section comply with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated 16 November, approving the restated text of the General Law for Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws or regulations replacing it.
ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. only considers individuals of legal age with full capacity to enter into a contract as clients.
Product shipment and delivery
ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. processes your online orders in Spain and all over the European Union. Shipping expenses are borne by ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A.
Delivery is within 5 to 20 business days. Said deadline is under the condition that the requested product is in stock, and is also conditioned by the delivery location, since under certain circumstances, there are customs procedures beyond the control of ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A.
When the order is delivered, we ask that our Clients verify:
- That the products are not damaged or altered.
- That the number of items delivered matches the number on the transport document.
If, at the time of delivery, the Client observes that the Products are damaged or altered or that the Products do not match the order placed, we ask that they reject the order.
It is important that the purchaser adequately inspects the goods received, so that in the event of defects, transfer of risk can be clearly established. We hereby inform you that, once the goods are received, claims for defects or wear are at the liability of the party holding material possession of said goods.
Clients may make the payment by previously registering on our webpage, and then by selecting one of the two payment methods, PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER.
If paying with PayPal, the amount for the purchases will be immediately charged to the PayPal account.

ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. will deem payment as being made once the cost of the product is received in any of its bank accounts. If you wish to streamline the shipping procedure, you may send us an email at email@example.com, attaching proof of the transfer, along with the order reference number, and we will send the shipment to the address you provide.
Complaints and claims
Claims and complaints may be lodged by telephone with customer service, calling 0034 91.532.11.29, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The word claim or complaint should be in the subject line for quick identification and to find an optimal solution for the client.
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00. We are located at C/ Arenal, 7 2ºC 28013 Madrid (Spain).
Our clients are hereby informed that the returns can be made with the following methods:
- By telephone, calling the customer service department
- Online, by completing a short form.
The procedure is:
Online: Using the forms provided for returns, completing the purchase information and the reason for the return as precisely as possible.
By telephone: calling customer service at 0034 91.532.11.29, stating the reference number for the purchase you wish to return.
The return procedure is:
- Once the client has returned the product via one of the aforementioned methods in a manner that can be reliably proven, ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. will provide a return number that the client must put on the package where it is visible.
- ALEJANDRO GAYUBO .S.A. will contact the client to agree on the time slot to pick up the returned product
- ALEJANDRO GAYUBO .S.A. will take charge of picking up the products, at the address and during the time slot indicated by the client.
- Pick-up expenses will be at the expense of ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A.
Conditions for return, guarantee and applicable regulations.
ALEJANDRO GAYUBO S.A. shall be liable for the Products’ non-conformities with the contract for a 2-year period after delivery of the Product, under the terms established by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated 16 November, approving the restated text of the General Law for Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The product’s guarantee period begins the day the product is delivered, which is the day stated on the delivery note.
The client shall have 15 days to return the product in perfect condition at no cost, as set forth by Spanish Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.
To make effective the rights granted by regulations, you must provide the product’s purchase receipt. For all aspects not covered by this section, Chapters I, II and III of Title IV of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated 16 November, approving the restated text of the General Law for Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, shall be applicable.
